Your account and records

Use an email address you control, keep your sign-in links private and enter accurate records. Keep your own copies of certificates, consent and supporting documents. You retain ownership of your records and give us permission to process them to provide the service.

Do not upload information you are not allowed to store, misuse someone else's account, send spam or interfere with the service. We may restrict access to prevent misuse or protect other users. Contact us if you think a restriction is wrong.

Credential information

100 hours is independent of ICF and training providers. Its totals and checklist help you organise your work; they do not establish eligibility, award a credential or guarantee acceptance of any hour, course or mentor. Confirm the current rules for your application path with ICF.

Availability and changes

We maintain backups and take reasonable steps to protect records, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or recovery of every recent change. Export a copy when you need one. We will explain material changes to these terms or the service.

Course and Coachability previews

The business course and Coachability pages describe products in development. Joining an interest list is not a purchase, reservation or promise of availability. The course sample does not award ICF education credits. Any future paid product will have its own price and purchase terms before you buy.

Leaving

You can export your records and delete your account in Account. The privacy policy explains backup retention and your contact options. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you.
